Hold on. Put it down. Look how far you’ve come. Look at your goals. Think of how great you’re going to feel once you hit those goals. Do you really want that? Do you NEED it? No. Don’t eat it, it’s not healthy. Go eat some fruit to replace that, you can do this. You are not a failure, you are strong and you can stick to your diet. If you eat it, you’ll just feel gross, unhealthy and fat after. Say no, it’s not good for you.
